me advanced organiser!

I've been putting into practice many of the skills i've picked up during some of the workshops and courses that i've attended. Here's a Level 3 example *heh*. i've been using the Learning Organiser thingee that we were taught into practice and trying to get creative with it. Especially when me dun like powerpoint!

First i started with the basic overview of the key components or areas which the programme covered.

Then i covered each area in detail and went through what was going to be covered during each area. For each area i had prepared a flip-chart earlier. And after going through all 4 flip-charts, i put them up together
for all to see.

*Tadah*

Okay- i don't really know whether this was a good advanced organiser. But i had fun (isn't that all that matters!), and the pax thought it made sense and they thought it was cute too. In fact, one of them came up to tell me that he liked our style of training- which was relaxed, casual but still effective. He said he enjoyed how i used the flipcharts and colourful markers and said that he would feedback to the institution that conducts training in his country that they should be more open to such learning methodologies...

me happy lah! =)
