Work Hard, Play Hard

It's a monthly ritual we have.

Food, lots. Booze (optional), volumes.

This is the part that makes us feel like real people.

We're not just faceless ants in the mindless humdrum of a well-oiled organization.

Last night, we went to Jumbo Seafood. It was amazing how we didn't quite see one another for the last week or so. Everyone was running all over tending to their projects. The dinner gave us quiet time to sit down and talk about something other than key projects.

There was camaraderie. We laughed at the fact that it was yet another round table. We have all hosted formal work dinners at all sorts of round tables. But this was one where we could laugh at will and shovel food into the mouth most unglamorously.

The team spirit then rocked out Red Dot Brewhouse.
