Think These Are Too Childish?

On a cold stormy day, we were absolutely glad that an outdoor teambuilding session wasn't listed in the schedule. Instead, we had a mellow teambuilding session that culminated in colorful creations. 

There was a guided facilitation through the process of making the art pieces and putting one's (seemingly not too complicated) ideas and rationale behind it. 

Not all of us have an artistic streak within.  But we make do.  We made it through school.  The better ones might not choose to walk the path of an artist.  But they always keep art and the arts close to them through their lives in one way or another. 

Somehow, when we work in a group, beautiful lines appear from those who protest against a lack of artistic genes.  And voila! These cheerful clay sculptures depicted the participants' thoughts, feelings and definition of what leadership meant to them.
