As part of efforts to provide developmental opportunities for our associates, we organised a first complimentary learning event for them this month.

Even though it was a full day seminar held on a Saturday, we had a great turn-out. The session went pretty well; feedback on that day was generally positive.
Over the weekend, the trainer sent pictures of the event to all participants.
2 of our associates replied with updates on how they were attempting to apply these learning points, and also asked for information / clarification on some ideas.
It's a nice change to come in on a Monday morning and read such e-mails. :) Drives a bit of the Monday blues away...
