We Give You Chicken!

There is something about cooking that makes it a good form of teambuilding.

I'm very glad we have a very tactful head chef (who does not have Gordon Ramsay's ferocious temper) guiding us with clear instructions, firm directions peppered with a good dose of humor.

Give it the very politcally-correct chicken as the main dish, one can simply shove it in the oven and roast till the skin's a tender golden brown.

Admittedly, the spiced herb roast chicken is the best-tasting item on the menu. Homecooked, not too salty and juicy in its herb goodness.

The most rewarding thing for us coordinators is to hear everyone's laughter and see everyone merrily tuck into the well-made dish at dinner afterwards.
